You can only truly begin to settle into life when you know the land in which you stand. This excursion is one of the most important ones we offer. Even though a bit of ecological knowledge is thread in to all of our excurisons, this trip is for the binocular carrying, field guide studying, mushroom picking, forest bathing, curious saunterer that resides in all of us. Join us as we explore the flora and fauna of the vastly changing micro climates unique to the San Juan archipelago. We will even harvest some local native foods and give many thanks to the Salish people whom called this place home for thousands of years before us.
